How it works
If you experience a fault with your new Power Move trousers, you can return them to our store or send them back to HQ for a repair, replacement or a refund as part of the 5-year quality guarantee program.
A replacement, repair or refund will be at the discretion of the Dai product specialist once we have assessed whether the product has seen ‘reasonable wear & care’ and has not met our high standards of performance. Examples of things that shouldn't happen: fabric pilling or ripping, extreme colour fading, stitching coming away, zip breaking, hook-and-bar falling.
Simply email experience@daiwear.com, share with us what’s happened with some supporting images and we'll be happy to help, we’ll also pay for shipping if you purchased your product within a year*. Alternatively you can bring your garment into our store and speak to a DAI DNA™ Stylist who will be able to assist you.
