Rental 101
How soon can I get my outfit?
Your suit will be sent to you within 1-2 business days via DHL Express if the order is placed by 4pm, Mon-Fri. Orders placed during the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
Can I try things on to ensure the right fit?
Let's get it right from the start. Talk with our Stylists to ensure your best and most complimentary fit. You can also order two kits and return the one that doesn't fit. We'll refund you for that item minus £5 for shipping as long as it's posted within 24 hours and unworn, unwashed, undamaged with its original tag attached.
Can I rent for a later date?
We salute your organisation. You can absolutely reserve in advance, please get in touch with us to do so.
What if my size is out of stock?
Never fear, your fit will be here. Please get in touch with us to check when your size will be available again. We hold limited inventory in rental circulation during the pilot phase of the programme.
How do I return my rental kit?
With ease. It's just like returning a regular purchased item. Using your included DHL returns label, you can book a collection or drop off at a DHL Service Point (more details here).
Am I responsible for cleaning the rental items?
We wouldn't do that to you. Our team will arrange all dry cleaning and processing following each rental.
What if I damage or lose my rental item?
Life happens. Don't worry about minor damages e.g. small spills, buttons loosening - it's on us. For major damages or loss, we reserve the right to charge the full market value.
What if I return a rental item late?
You’re busy. Plans change. We get it. After a grace period of 2 days, you will incur a £5/day fee. Contact us if you need an extension.
Can I keep an item for longer?
Of course! We can arrange rental extensions from £25/week. Get in touch with us.
Can I purchase the item I rented?
Yes! If you love it and want to keep it, we can sell it to you at a discounted rate, depending on how long it has been in rental circulation.
Can I rent outside of the UK?
Currently we only offer rentals to UK-based customers. We hope to eventually expand to other markets. Stay tuned for updates.
What if I want to rent items in a different colour or style combination?
Currently, only our three best-selling styles can be rented. Let us know which styles or colours you would like to see added in the future.
