EXTENDED RETURNS THROUGH 9TH JANUARY 2023

We are offering extended holiday period returns through Monday, 9th January 2023 for orders placed from 25th November 2022. Our standard shipping and returns timeframes and fees apply.

PREORDERS

Our preorder products are made in limited quantities and are made to order. To reserve the item for you, we charge your card upfront to avoid any future interruptions related to card expiration or replacement. Your item will ship within a few days of the date indicated on the individual product page.  

DELIVERY 

UK

STANDARD UK DELIVERY 

  • We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked Delivery with an estimated delivery of 2-4 working days.

EXPRESS NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY 

(For orders placed before 12PM GMT) 

  • For all orders over £250 we offer FREE Next Day DPD delivery. 
  • For all orders under £250 we offer Next Day DPD delivery at a flat rate of £10.  

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

To ensure that your orders arrive before Christmas Day, we advise our UK-based customers to place their orders on or before the following dates:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Friday, December 16, 2022
  • DPD Next Day Delivery - Tuesday, December 20, 2022

 

REST OF WORLD- TRACKED & SIGNED DELIVERY

EUROPE (EU & Non-EU):

  • For all orders over £250 we offer FREE DHL Economy GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 4-6 working days. 
  • For all orders under £250 we offer DHL Express GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 4-6 working days for a flat rate of £20. 

Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan

  • DHL Express GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 3-7 working days at a flat fee of £25. 

India, Israel, Malaysia, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico

  • DHL Express GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 3-7 working days at a flat fee of £35. 

US

  • We offer FREE US shipping on total order values above $350 via DHL Express GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days. 
  • For orders below $350, we offer a flat shipping rate of $20.


Any applicable import customs duty and taxes will be billed to the customer.

Brexit update for EU customers: As of Jan 1, 2021, non UK customers may be asked to pay duty, taxes, and customs fees before they can receive their shipments. Dai is not responsible for local import duties and taxes, please consult your local customs office for more information. 

To compensate for this inconvenience we do offer our customer the possibility to refund 20% UK VAT included in all GBP retail prices upon proof of local VAT payment. Please contact us directly at experience@daiwear.com and we will happily assist you with this refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

EASY RETURNS

All purchases may be returned within 28 days of the signature of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. 

We offer free returns within the UK, for returns outside of the UK, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping. The return shipping cost is equal to the outbound shipping cost for your country as per the shipping costs above, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

UK RETURNS

*We are currently experiencing minor delays on returns due to Royal Mail Strike, please accept our sincerest apologies.*

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.

Alternatively, you can return your order in our flagship store located in 35-37 Monmouth Street, London.

Once your return has arrived, please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

We will offer free shipping on all UK exchanged item(s) back to you and store credit to ensure you receive the correct item and size.

On all exchanges, the return must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.

What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?
We inspect each of our products to meet the highest quality standards before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact experience@daiwear.com with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS 

Please note that Items purchased from the Spring Clean Sale or Archive Collection online or in store are sold as final sale items. These are non-refundable and non-returnable.
