Backpack comes with a five-year guarantee against any manufacturing fault. If you need to return your product for the repair of a manufacturing fault during the first year after its purchase, we also pay the return shipping costs.
Fabrics can be kept fresh by wiping them with a clean, slightly damp white cloth. To remove light marks, use a clean white cloth dipped in mild soapy water. Let the fabric dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight.
Fabrics have a durable water-repellent finish, which prevents the outer fabric from becoming saturated with water. When rain ceases to bead on the fabric, the water repellency is fading and re-proofing is required. To increase the water repellency of your bag, we recommend re-proofing the fabric using Nikwax® Tent and Gear SolarProof®
