Return and Exchange

All purchases may be returned within 14 days of the signature of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.

UK: Returns and exchanges to our online warehouse are subject to a £5 processing and handling fee within the UK. Returns and exchanges to our St. Christopher's Place store are free.

Rest of the World: For returns outside of the UK, we are unable to provide complimentary return shipping. The return shipping cost will be equal to the outbound shipping cost for your country as per our shipping fees outlined on our Shipping page, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Final Sale: Please note that selected items denoted as Final Sale and are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please refer to product page.

Easy Returns (UK)

Return or Exchange your orders in a few steps

1. Open the returns portal below, and enter your order number and email address.

2. Select the item/s you would like to return. Choose if you would like to Return, Exchange for other sizes/colours, or Exchange for a gift card.

4. Download the QR code or label for use in any Royal Mail (UK) or USPS or DHL Service Point (Rest of the World).

5. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal.

Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.

Once your return has arrived, due to increases in volumes during peak periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.

We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?

We inspect each of our products to meet the highest quality standards before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.
